iDigital Store is an online store for digital products and resources.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with the policies linked from them.

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement. You may use this website only for lawful purposes related to browsing and purchasing.

Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in secure, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity on your account that results from your own actions or failure to protect your sign-in, but not for problems caused solely by our own failure. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe an account is being misused; contact support if you believe this is an error.

Products are delivered digitally; nothing is physically shipped. Access or download conditions can vary by product, and any product-specific limits are shown before purchase. See the Digital Product Delivery Policy and Digital Product Policy.

We make reasonable efforts to keep descriptions, previews, compatibility information, prices and other details accurate. If a product is materially different from its description, you keep the remedies described in the Refund Policy and under applicable law.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change before you order. The total shown at checkout, including any applicable tax shown there, is the amount confirmed by our server for your order.

Placing an order starts a payment attempt. An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully verified on our server; a confirmation shown in the browser alone does not create a confirmed order. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider and may also be subject to its terms. We do not receive or store your full card details.

We may decline or cancel an order where payment cannot be verified, fraud or prohibited use is reasonably suspected, the product is unavailable, or there is an obvious technical or pricing error. If payment was taken for an order we cancel, we will refund it.

Delivery follows the Digital Product Delivery Policy. Please make sure your email address and mobile number are correct at checkout. Download limits or access periods, where they apply, are shown on the product page or in your account.

Website content and products remain the property of their respective owners. Buying a product gives you the licence described for it, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property. Unless that licence allows it, you may not copy for others, share, resell, sublicense, publish or redistribute purchased files or access. See the License & Usage Policy.

You may not use the website for fraud, unauthorised access, malicious activity, scraping that we prohibit, interfering with its operation, infringement, unlawful purposes or unauthorised resale or redistribution of products.

Refunds and cancellations are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is the source of refund rules and timings.

We use third-party services such as payment, sign-in, hosting and messaging providers. Some products may also depend on third-party platforms governed by their own terms. The Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled.

We may suspend or end access where these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached, or where fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected. This does not remove any refund or other remedy you are legally entitled to.

We may update the website and update, replace or withdraw products from sale. This does not take away access you have already paid for, except as described for that product or permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. This does not limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, our own negligence where that cannot lawfully be limited, or consumer rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

If you misuse the website or products, infringe others' rights or breach these terms, you are responsible for the resulting losses to the extent required by law.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict or waive rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue; this does not prevent you from using any legal remedy. You may approach a competent consumer commission, forum or court as permitted by law.

Participation in the affiliate programme is governed separately by the Affiliate Terms and Affiliate Guidelines.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Material changes apply to orders placed after the update and do not affect your mandatory legal rights.
