Digital Product Policy

iDigital Store lists only digital products that we have the right to distribute. Cracked software, pirated media, leaked paid content and unlicensed third-party material are never sold here.

Each product page states what is included, the file or access format, compatibility and any requirements. If a listing is inaccurate, tell us and we will correct it.

Where a product includes updates, those updates appear in your account under My Downloads. Products without an update entitlement are supplied as they are at purchase.

Purchases are available in your account under My Downloads, subject to any download limit or access period set for that product, which is shown on its product page and with your download. Time-limited or licence-key products state their terms on the product page.

If a file is corrupt, a link fails or a product does not match its description, raise a support request with your order ID and we will try to fix it. If it cannot be fixed, the Refund & Cancellation Policy applies; this policy does not set a separate refund rule. Use of products is covered by the License & Usage Policy.
