Refund & Cancellation Policy

iDigital Store sells digital products. This policy explains how we handle genuine purchase, payment and delivery problems, and how change-of-mind requests are treated.

1. Refund request window

Please raise any refund request as soon as possible after you notice the problem.

2. When a request may be eligible for review

A refund request may be eligible for review where:

  • you were charged more than once for the same order;
  • money was debited but the order was not properly completed;
  • the product was not delivered or access was not provided;
  • download or access repeatedly fails because of a verified problem on our side;
  • the file is corrupted or unusable and we cannot supply a working replacement;
  • you received the wrong product;
  • the product is materially different from its description at the time of purchase; or
  • applicable consumer law otherwise requires an appropriate remedy.

Each request is reviewed individually; eligibility for review is not a guarantee of a refund.

3. Cases generally not eligible

Refund requests may generally not be accepted only because:

  • you changed your mind or no longer want the product;
  • you bought the wrong product without any error on our side;
  • the product description or clearly disclosed compatibility requirements were not reviewed before purchase;
  • your device or software does not meet clearly disclosed requirements;
  • the product was successfully downloaded or accessed and has no defect, non-delivery or material misdescription;
  • the issue is caused solely by your own device, software or environment and the product works as described; or
  • the refund process is being misused after the content was accessed or copied.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.

4. Technical or delivery problems

Where reasonable, we will first try to fix the problem — for example by re-sending the product, restoring download access, replacing a corrupted file, providing the correct product or giving technical help. If the issue cannot reasonably be resolved, your refund request is then reviewed under this policy. This step is not used to delay a legitimate refund.

5. Failed or duplicate payments

  • Payment failed and no money was received by us: no order is created. If your bank shows a temporary hold, it is normally released by your bank or payment provider.
  • Money debited but the order was not confirmed: contact us with your payment reference. We will check with the payment provider and either complete your order or arrange a refund.
  • Duplicate successful payment: the extra amount is refunded after verification.

Reversal times set by your bank or payment provider may differ from our own review time.

6. Cancellation of digital orders

If access has not yet been delivered, you may request cancellation and it will be reviewed where technically possible. Once instant access or download has been successfully provided, ordinary cancellation may no longer be possible, subject to the eligibility rules above and your rights under applicable law.

7. How to request a refund

Write to our Support page with your Order ID, the email used at checkout, the product name, a short description of the issue and screenshots where helpful.

We will never ask for your card PIN, CVV, OTP, full card details or banking password.

8. Refund processing

We aim to acknowledge requests within 48 hours. We then review the request and may ask for more details; the time needed depends on the issue. Approved refunds are generally made to the original payment method through our payment provider. Once a refund is initiated, the time for the amount to appear in your account depends on the payment provider, payment method, bank or card issuer.

Any product-specific conditions are shown on the product page before purchase and do not override applicable consumer rights.

9. Contact

For refund or order questions, contact our Support page.

10. Consumer rights

This policy operates subject to applicable Indian law. Nothing in it limits any statutory rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
